If you’re serious about behaviour change, this is the programme for you. For £695 you get 6 private 1 hour sessions spread out over 3 months (online and face to face),  follow up emails with action points after each session as well as email support in between sessions to keep you on track.

I have been in the health and wellness sector for over a decade with experience from lots of modalities including Pilates, Natural Movement, NLP, Life & Health Coaching and more. I have also been in the corporate industry for over a decade with various roles from business analysis to sales. I’m a certified Health Coach and a member of the UK Health Coaches Association, the JPilates Association and the Menopause Movement collective. 

I’m a recovering stress head and perfectionist. I’m divorced, self employed (but with corporate experience) and a single mum. I have plenty of life experience to draw from and I know how challenging life can be. This really is what makes me such a passionate and compassionate coach. When I was 14 I was experiencing rather overwhelming anxiety and depression which governed my entire life to the point I was scared to do everyday tasks or even step foot in school, I hadn’t gone a day without an anxiety attack in months.
